Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery within India takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take an additional 2–3 business days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary by delivery zone and order value. Orders above the free-shipping threshold qualify for free delivery. Charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order from the My Orders section of your account. Each item in your order has individual tracking status updates.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@adinnabooks.com with photos of the package and items.
